Instructions

Step Details
1. Brown Ribs & Onion
  • In a skillet, brown spareribs with sliced onion.
  • Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and onion salt.
2. Prepare Sauce
  • Combine tomato sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar (amounts vary with rib quantity).
  • Spread or pour over spareribs.
3. Bake
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Bake ribs at 350°F until fully cooked and tender (time varies by rib thickness).
4. Serve
  • Enjoy with your choice of sides. Typically plan on 4–5 ribs per person.



Creamy Mozzarella Chicken Bake

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 4–6 pieces
Mozzarella Cheese Slices 6–8 slices
White Cheddar (or other white cheese) Slices 6–8 slices
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Sour Cream ½ cup
Parmesan Cheese, grated ¾ cup (divided)
Salt ½ tsp
Pepper ¼–½ tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Cooked Rice (optional) Serve chicken over rice, or use mashed potatoes

Step Details
1. Prep Chicken
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Pat chicken dry; place in a greased 9×13 pan. (Optionally slice chicken smaller.)
2. Mix Topping
  • In a bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, ½ cup of the Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Layer Cheese
  • Lay slices of Mozzarella and white Cheddar on top of the chicken (alternating if desired).
  • Spread the mayo-sour cream mixture over the cheese slices.
4. Final Topping & Bake
  • Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
  • Bake for about 1 hour at 375°F (cooking time may vary by chicken thickness).
5. Serve
  • Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes, if desired.



Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Nacho Cheese Soup (10.5 oz can) 1 can

Chopped Green Chilies (4.5 oz can) 1 can
Small Onion (diced & sautéed with garlic) 1
Flour Tortillas (8–12 inch) 8–12
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 cups
Shredded Cooked Chicken 2 cups

Step Details
1. Mix Filling
  • In a medium bowl, mix soups, sour cream, green chilies, and sautéed onion. Mix well.
  • Add shredded chicken and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
2. Prepare Tortillas
  • Spray a 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place ¼ cup of mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll up, placing seam side down in the baking dish.
3. Add Topping
  • Spread remaining mixture over the top of the tortillas.
  • Cover the pan with foil.
4. Bake
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 30–35 minutes.
  • Remove foil, top with remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.



Bacon Wrapped Wienies

Dark Brown Sugar 1 package

Bacon Sliced to wrap wienies

Step Details
1. Wrap Wienies
  • Wrap wienies with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
2. Add Sugar
  • Place the wrapped wienies in a baking pan and cover with dark brown sugar.
  • Add slices of butter on top.
3. Cook
  • Bake at 350–375°F for 45–60 minutes.
  • Alternatively, use an air fryer at 425°F for 30–35 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally to ensure bacon cooks evenly.



Baked Cabbage Steaks

Step Details
1. Prep Oven & Cabbage
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Wash cabbage, remove outer leaves, and trim the stem.
  • Cut into 1–1½ inch steaks.
2. Season
  • Brush both sides of steaks with olive oil.
  • Season with garlic salt, onion salt, regular salt, and pepper.
3. Bake
  • Bake for 30–40 minutes, watching for browning on the outer leaves.

Butter 2–3 tbsp (lots of butter)
Sliced Mushrooms 1 cup
Minced Green Onion 2 stalks
Minced Garlic 1 tbsp

E&J Brandy 1 cup
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Parsley 1 tsp
Beef Stock 32 oz (reduced to 16 oz)
Vegetable Oil As needed

Step Details
1. Cook Steaks
  • Melt butter in a pan. Add steaks and a little vegetable oil. Cook steaks to rare temperature.
  • Remove steaks from pan and set aside.
2. Make Sauce
  • In the same pan, sauté mushrooms, garlic, and onion.
  • Add brandy and light it on fire (carefully).
  • Once flames subside, add beef stock reduction a little at a time until sauce thickens.
3. Combine
  • Return steaks to the sauce and cook to desired temperature.

  • Cook kidney beans for 4 hours.
2. Prepare Hamburger
  • Cook and brown hamburger, seasoning with chili powder, garlic salt, and salt & pepper.
3. Combine Ingredients
  • In a large pot, combine all ingredients and simmer.
  • Use tomato juice to dilute to desired consistency.



Coke Wings

Step Details
1. Season Wings
  • Season wings with garlic salt, onion salt, salt, and pepper.
  • Place wings in a crockpot.
2. Add Sauce
  • Add 24 oz ketchup and ¾ can of Coca-Cola (drink the rest!).
3. Cook
  • Turn crockpot on low and cook for 6–8 hours, or on high for 4–6 hours.
